• Execute meter-reading processes to ensure performance is improved.
• Ensure adherence to billing schedule.
• Check, monitor, and process the meter readings and consumption.
• Follow-up on meter investigations. Investigate problems on system with fault - findings to ensure continuous operation of the AMR system.
• Create job cards for all meter data discrepancies and send to CoJ for updates.
• Confirm status of SAP for all converted from conventional prepaid meter based on additional information supplied by contractors.
• Ensure effective and accurate document as well as data management
